January 2022 Orders

Not posting this to be a d**k, but just to illustrate yet again how crazy and unfair the system at Ford is. I Ordered my Eruption Green Wildtrak with all the bells and whistles (LUX, sliding tailgate etc...) minus the tow hitch on January 11, 2022. Took delivery on April 4, 2022.

1/27, BL, sas, lux, hard top, tow. Ordered from Krause. They never call back or email, so no idea where I am in queue since ordering has been dealer allocation thus far (and yes, constraints). Called Ford a month or so ago and was unscheduled/clean. Expected about a year wait, but it would nice to know something..

I've been seeing many more Broncos on the road in the past month. Hopefully COVP will clear out a bunch of orders and we'll get the backlog done for everyone in these first few months.

I ordered from Krause in March before the order banks closed. Stopped by a couple weeks ago and they sounded fairly confident of me getting a MY22. I have pretty much the same build as you except no tow, but add Mod bumper. They wouldn’t tell me where I was in the queue but did say they’ve been getting a lot more orders delivered lately.

Hopefully you’ll find out next week that you’re getting built!

based on following orders for a long time, it seems tow is one of the major constraints. Its always on orders taking a long time and I've seen similar orders as mine from late 21 w/o tow processed. I just wanted it so I can tow a small camper if I want. If I'm waiting a darn year for it and paying this much, I'm gonna get everything I think I may want for the next 8 years..

1/1/22 walk in order. Base, 7MT, 2 door. Scheduled for 8/29/22! PUMPED! Although, I was secretly hoping to get bumped to 2023 so I could change my order to Black Diamond... Guess I'll have to build my own, minus the seats and wash out floors.

Be thankful that you made the MY22 cut, otherwise you'd most likely have to pay the two MY22 price increases plus the MY23 price increase.

Ordered 1/25/22 from a dealer outside of Houston. BD, 2.7, Sas, Mid, Mod Bumper, Soft Top, no tow and have been holding strong for a few weeks (with VIN) on a 8/29 build date with dealer confirmation as of yesterday. Really crossing my fingers it sticks!

I knew as soon as I posted something this would happen...bumped to week of 9/12.

I put in my order on 1/3/2022 and have not got a word from ole Ford. I am in the constraints and I plan on losing my color choice but oh well. I feel like I knew this going in but time and this damn forum does something to me. I am looking forward to the days out exploring in my bronco with my kiddo!

Just checking back in here to see how folks are doing. I ended up getting my VIN on 8/24 from Ford Chat and got the email from Ford on 8/25. I've bounced around production weeks (see sig below), but should get built in the next month or so.
