Do you need the ACC relocation bracket for this bumper?
Nope. The opening in the center is right where the ACC module is. There's a cover that I haven't installed yet but the cover has a cut out in the middle which exposes the ACC module as well so no need to relocate.

Finally made some time to install this morning.
Need to wire the lights up tomorrow. Crash bars coming out and JCR skid plate going in next month.
Loving this bumper so far and working with a local guy to make a custom bull bar.

More to come!

Looks great, but really needs the crash bars removed and a narrower skid plate.

The crusader is easily my favorite non-winch bumper. JCR makes great product, and their brand voice & humor is second to none.

Agreed! Can't wait to get rid of this plastic skid plate.

Anyone running this and use something else in place of that solid metal plate where the acc is? I impulse ordered it and I'm worried about the lack of airflow. They won't cancel or offer a different plate so it seems I'm "stuck" and while I like it the overheating worry is real.

You can leave the plate off to increase airflow like @cyoungk shows in his pictures. The existing plate could be modified or replaced for additional ventilation, plenty of local shops in TX could handle that for you. You could also not install a light bar and keep those openings clear for ventilation.

Anyone know how the light bar mounts?

I have an onx6 that I can’t figure out how to get it to bolt in.

I have baja designs squadron pro in the fog square spots and an s8 in the 20 inch bar spot. The 20 inch bar is off by about an inch and it's really questionable fit... I am working with JCR to see what we can do but I'd be cautious buying this bumper. Might be worth spending a bit more for a sure fit.

This is the second item from JCR where quality control really screwed up.

If I had to do it again I'd go with another brand.

Anyone know if you have factory fog lights (plastic bumper with fogs) can you re-use the factory fogs with this bumper?

From an install video I've seen them do, it seems that the fog lights might be permanently fixed to the plastic bumper somehow, but it wasn't clear enough for me to be sure. Would like it if somebody could correct me.
