I've experienced the same as well. In fact, I've also had quite a few Wrangler owners come up and check it out/chat about it, pretty much on the regular.

My wife has received several waves from Jeep drivers. I was pleasantly surprised by this. It makes sense. We are not enemies and if fact share the same affinity for open air driving and off-roading. We should all get along. Wave on my friends...

PS. I probably won't waive first but I will be more than happy to return a wave.

Kind of like when my wife and I are riding our Harleys. We wave to other motorcyclists, regardless of make.
