Drove a 2 door jimny (probably an early 2000s model) in Milos this summer. Somehow (really not sure) my two daughters fit in the back seat. And, I fit as well (6'4" 200) to my surprise. Needed a separate taxi for our luggage though. Thing was so tiny. This looks bigger. But, I don't see how it can even be legit compared to the Bronco.
12-15 lahk is around 14-18.5K. That would be pretty awesome, though we'd never see it for that price in the U.S. India's emission standards are basically non-existent and safety hasn't been a real priority.
I the Jinmy and would have gotten one over a Bronco. But Suzuki pulled out of N. America after the damage done by Consumer Report's fraudulent reports about roll over risk.
As to the question, there's no real comparison between the two vics. It would be like comparing a 03' TJ to a Bronco. They're from different worlds with different target audiences.
These things are all over Germany which has very strict emissions. Problem is importing into the US a certified company has to do testing to prove/bring it up to meet US standards too. And not just emissions. Easily $10-15k and no guarantee is even possible. They're great little vehicles but I'll stick with a bronco.
