Looks awesome! You need to do a smoke show so you can get some 37s.
I'm keeping an eye on the M210 FDU and HOSS 3 rack swap discussions. For me those are a must before I'll put 37's on it.

I was hoping to go straight to Spicer Upgrades over the M210 but initial pricing is a little excessive. I am less worried about the m190 diff at this time and going to keep wheeling my open front end.

I am still hunting another steering rack just for a spare. I have zero faith in my self control.

The irony is that I think the M190 is probably strong enough to handle the extra torque 37's would put on it, especially with an open diff. I think I read where it's rated for slightly more torque than the Rubicon D44 front end. And I ran 37's on my 2015 Rubicon for years with no issues. But I would want to re-gear if I went to 37's, and that's not an option with the M190, nor would I want to put any money into regearing it versus swapping to a whole new heavier duty FDU.

The good news is that I'm perfectly happy with the 35's on this rig. I think that's the perfect tire size on a 2-door. Still has better breakover than a 4-door on 37's. So I'm not in any hurry to do it just for the aesthetics of filling the wheel wells more. I'll wait until all of the ancillary swaps and upgrades I would want to do have matured in the associated tech, and settled into more competitive pricing.

But who knows. By then I might be into my second 6G Bronco which will come from the factory with all that stuff, and I can just leave this one set up for beach cruiser duty :)

I picked up my Bronco from @ADV Fiberglass today with the first set of their 2-door 5ā€ fenders and they look killer IMO. I had to get to work so I didnā€™t have time to take it out for some proper photos yet but here are a couple snaps I grabbed when I got to work plus a side shot ADV had sent me the other day. Iā€™ll grab some better shots this weekend.

The other thing to always remember......

The M190 is an aluminum housing.

The M210 is a cast iron housing.

BIG difference there.šŸ˜

Love your build man! I plan on doing this with a 2dr badlands to make it a baja and overland machine. I wonder if there 8in flares will have the option for carbon fiber for the extra 3in they add on to the 5in flares?

I just did my lift and a few other things! Getting my new wheels and tires installed Friday. It's going to be an aggressive setup and I've been kicking around the idea of these fenders.. I'm about 99% sure you just sold me on em! Great looking rig! šŸ˜ŽšŸ‘

Wasnā€™t expecting to like them this much.

Yeah, there's that. But like I said, they claim that the M190 can handle as much torque as the pre-Advantek D44, and the FDU housing isn't supporting the weight of the vehicle the way a straight axle housing does. So if it was readily re-gearable I'd probably do that as an interim measure, and run 37's on it.
