Just got Window Sticker and it is not my order!!

So this day is really messed up. I got the “maybe, maybe not” email from Ford today . I got my VIN on 8/11. No updates on the backdoor or window sticker links as of time of today’s email. So I txt my dealer and he said it “looks” like I was pushed to 2023 after all. So I of course contact Ford chat and was told my Bronco is in production 9/6. Then just a few minutes ago I check the window sticker link and guess what? It’s there but totally wrong!! It shows a bare bones base model! I have showing what I ordered (Badlands, 2.7, Carbon Grey, SAS, Lux, MIC, keypad, just dropped tow in July) on the Ford site and on paper but what lies ahead? Anyone else experienced this? I will certainly be in contact with my dealer tomorrow.

Maybe your dealer is hoping you cancel after they intentionally submitted an order in your name for the wrong build. Dealers for the most part have been really scummy about the whole process

At least it's a manual for fun....
Not what I ordered, thus not what I’ll be buying. Where is the link to Dora? My build sheet, Ford link and everything that a customer has before getting a VIN shows exactly what I ordered and this aint it.

I'd wonder if this is just the site not populating your info properly. Or the Ford chat screwed up on the VIN somehow.

Certainly hope so. Also unrelated but kinda, is my dealer’s cell number wont receive my texts this evening. Wish me a good nights sleep so I can get thru to 1st break and make this phone call to him!

I would suspect some sort of glitch at this point. I would call them. (They were awful about returning emails.) Who is your salesperson?

Kiyoshi is pretty far up the food chain, he'll take care of you.

Something weird is going on with their e-communications because I got the ‘22-conversion-‘23 email today….but I took delivery of my Bronco back in April. But if they somehow let me order another, I will! Doubt it though…

I discovered from an order I have with a high volume dealership that there can be multiple Broncos under the same Order Number & Sales Code combination. Some reps don’t realize this. The ones that do will ask you for additional information to determine which of the orders is yours: either for the date that you placed your order or for the 4x4 code.

I bet you are unscheduled and the rep pulled up a scheduled Bronco belonging to a different customer that shares your same order number & sales code. And that rep didn’t know enough to recognize the potential for error here. I had this happen to me.
