I am glad some people have had good luck with the KBD flares. The set that I got in were horrible. Only 1 out of 4 fit even remotely close.

I had a similar issue, they don't follow the contours well at that point. Mine still have a slight gap there. I had to use a lot of heat from a gun to get as close as I got. On another note, it seems a solution has been found for the fading with this Ceramic Trim Coat. Flares look freshly painted black. We'll see how long it lasts. I'll post a pic...
I only used 2 wipes, 1 per pack (10 total in the box), and was able to cover the flares, door handles, mirrors and window trim… We’ll see how the coating holds up, but the flares look freshly painted after applying…Thanks for the input, definitely check out the Ceramic Trim Coat.
