Yes manuals and Base trim were allocated to orders before 3/27, neither were available to order when ordering opened back up and nothing has been confirmed they’ll be available for MY24.I’m just catching up on things again. Are manuals spent for this year, is that what this is saying?
Yup.I’m just catching up on things again. Are manuals spent for this year, is that what this is saying?
thanks guys. Just getting back into the game, I really hope the Manual is coming back. That changes my whole game plan if it doesn’t. Appreciate the feedback.Yup.
The official word is they opted to simplify Bronco production ahead of the 2024MY Ranger launch, which should start production this month. (Ranger and Bronco are built at the same assembly plant and Ranger is all-new this year.)
Ford did suggest manuals will be back for 2024MY, but nothing confirmed at this point. 2024MY order banks are expected to open late summer.
Keep in mind the constraints change each scheduling period (roughly once a month).Order confirmed 4/10/2023, 4Dr BD Mid 2.7 Adv 4x4 MIC, unschuled-clean, dealer won't say about their allocations, just said "your Bronco is likely to be schduled early 2024"...
So if I change to a 2Dr I have better chance but still at odds with Adv 4x4... If I read the chart right, 80% of Adv 4x4 in order banks will be built
Of the 16K+ unscheduled current orders with 4x4 64% will be built. Meaning of the 16% of the current orders are not going to be MY23 .Order confirmed 4/10/2023, 4Dr BD Mid 2.7 Adv 4x4 MIC, unschuled-clean, dealer won't say about their allocations, just said "your Bronco is likely to be schduled early 2024"...

yea, 64% of the unscheduled will have Adv 4x4, but 79% are orderedOf the 16K+ unscheduled current orders with 4x4 64% will be built. Meaning of the 16% of the current orders are not going to be MY23 .
Could simply be that dealers are abiding by their 2 door allocations…Interesting that 2 door demand and capacity are even.
You are reading the data wrong. 79% of the ~16k outstanding orders are indeed for Advanced 4x4, the capacity to build Adv. 4 x 4 is 64% of the total remaining '23 build totals. That is about 10k/month x 4 months or about 40k (production of '23s will end in Nov. and this assumes Ranger production will not drastically affect Bronco production). 64% of 40k is ~26k. So you should compare ~13k orders to ~26k capacity (specifically for Advanced 4x4).Of the 16K+ unscheduled current orders with 4x4 64% will be built. Meaning of the 16% of the current orders are not going to be MY23 .
