Odd that the number of priority 99's has been going up over the past 6 weeks. Maybe they're waiting for 2024 news?
maybe people holding out for a modular hard top in 2024?

I'm updating this small project to help folks determine their odds of getting a '23. Raptors still look bad overall. Maybe we'll see another 500 unit production run sometime soon...

Is there a proper way to read that constraints sheet?

(Red) is bad, if your order is mostly in that category you can wait it out or change your order to a more build-able Bronco.

Sure.
Let's take the Heritage orders as an example.
The 'Retail USOB' column means the percentage of Heritages vs the total 'United States Order Bank' orders.
So, 15% of all the orders are for the Heritage model.
The 'US Capacities' is shown as 3%.
So Ford can only build 3% of the Heritages vs the 15% that are ordered. Therefor the 'var ppts' column shows the difference (-12) which shows the shortfall.... They just can't build that many.

Then take the Black Diamond orders which shows 8% capacity vs the 5% orders....which means Ford can exceed the demand for BD by 3%.

Thanks so much for this. This definitely breaks it down for me to understand.

I put in an order for a 2023 Badlands, Lux package, 2.7, Sas, HD bumper, Tow capacity, hard top on 7/14…I’m guessing I’m going to have a pretty tough time getting my order scheduled. I‘m hearing that the next order banks will open 8/16 (possibly). Do you think the dealer will force me to move to the MY24?

I feel really lucky to get my Hardtop Bronco after seeing this, it was for a customer who decided not to buy it.
I wanted to wait and order a 24, but after seeing just how many people aren't getting their Broncos, with many being cancelled, I decided to go and buy a 23 from the dealership. The small city I live in only had one. It's an all black Wildtrak w/ High package. I don't like many cars, but I'm in love with this one. I got extremely lucky IMO

Thanks! I work with numbers all day and that report didn't make much sense to me either.
