Thanks to everyone on here for helping me so far with my 22' non sasquatch big bend build and answering stupid questions. I'm looking to add a couple inches to accommodate 35's. This is a street build, won't see much dirt if any maybe some beaches. I was gonna do the rough country 2" lift which is simply 4 hockey puck type spacers. I see there are a few other low cost solutions and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these products and the pros and cons of each. this is a street build so I'm looking more for a nice comfy ride not interested in stiff trail setups but not sure if spacers, collars, or shocks would be best for my needs? TIA

Sounds like spacers or perch collars will suit your needs. I would be very wary of anything cheaper than RC, which isn't looked upon very highly in the off-road community. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Another consideration is gearing. What do you have? If 3.73 it is probably best not to go bigger than 33's or it will be a dog off the line.

Edit. And no, you won't need to upgrade the steering rack or brace the tie-rods for your intended use.

For your intended use I'd just look for a set of non-SAS Badlands or SAS take-offs. You'll get the lift, much better ride and won't have to replace the UCAs.

Just don't get take offs from a 2021 or 2022, they seem to be the ones that are rotting out. I have a 2021 BaseSquatch and already had to replace (1) rotted out shock, the other 3 aren't looking too great either.

And if you are going to spend anywhere from $300-$600 on takeoffs, I'd say take a look at the Bilstein 6112's. Can find them for around $950, they work with your coil springs and are adjustable.

A non-sas Badlands can run 35's with the right off-set rims....... It has .66" of lift.

C'mon, get the Bilstein 5112's as the upgrade. Stop jackin' around. Ain't no puck or spacer gonna make the Hitachi's feel smooth and buttery.

What he said ^, but I would recommend Eibachs over the 5112s. They are perfect for daily driving and still very capable for mild-off roading

Cheaper, ride similar, fully height adjustable, limited lifetime warranty

I have these available for $1550 shipped right now :) Would be happy to get you setup!
