We need to get our shit together. We the people need to take our country back! This just pisses me off to no end. It's all about control for THEM and how far they can push us...In red is what they are proposing to shut down in my hunting area, cutting it by 3/4.
Do you have a link for that? Correct me if I'm wrong but that seems to be the area covered by the Murphy Travel Management Plan according to one map. I couldn't find recent maps of proposed closures for that area, though it looks like there are various travel plans being developed for BLM lands in southern Idaho..In red is what they are proposing to shut down in my hunting area, cutting it by 3/4.
So the solution to people driving where they aren’t allowed to drive is to make areas where you used to be allowed to drive into areas where you aren’t allowed to drive anymore?Part of reason why we’re in this mess is because Moab has become extremely popular and so many people were venturing off the established trails.
But, we're from the government and we're here to help... Tyrants hold all the cards, shuffle the deck, and then mark the cards for good measure - can I interest you in a card game?Unfortunately BLM can’t be trusted. They came to the 4x4 club I was in back in the late 90’s in Cortez Co. They approached us as advocates to help us grandfather our local trails. They said “Show us your trails so we can make sure we keep them open.” We fell for it and took them on our trails. We were immediately locked out of ALL our trails and they immediately stopped communicating with us. We tried to fight it but back then we didn’t know what to do and there was no social media. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED
Now you're beginning to understand... You aren't a prohibited off-roader are you? Do you have a permit for that Bronco? So the solution to people driving where they aren’t allowed to drive is to make areas where you used to be allowed to drive into areas where you aren’t allowed to drive anymore?
Makes sense.
In a “gun control” sort of way…
That is correct. I'm waiting on the shoe to drop on Silver City.Do you have a link for that?
