Guess I need to learn a new trade if I want protection.
Mine looks like that. I was thinking about getting the Barnes reinforcement kit, it's dirt cheap.
Those are dirt cheap, didn't know they existed. Seems like some of those slots would get in the way of the alignment cams. I guess you could just grind down the slot welds that interfere. Would probably look cleaner to just grind them all.Mine looks like that. I was thinking about getting the Barnes reinforcement kit, it's dirt cheap.
Not if you looked at the bolt on option I posted.Guess I need to learn a new trade if I want protection.

Tell them the truth... It's ruined! They have only on reasonable course of action at this point. Also, did you get an alignment done following the damage? If so, was there a change?
I haven't yet because I'm about to put new coilovers in and wanted to wait for that. My steering wheel is a bit off center but it drives fine. Also, did you get an alignment done following the damage? If so, was there a change?
