Interested to hear what non-sas options are. I’m in a similar boat as OP. Have a non-sas OBX w/4.27 and rear locker. My intention was always to go aftermarket with suspension. Unfortunately, at the time I did not realize this was impacting my axles as well.

So it sounds like the best/correct route would be to swap the rear for the Ford Performance M220, and swap the fronts for the M210? And I’d also need a M210 front axel drive unit? And would that include the front locker? The next question is if all of that is correct, can the button be added to the dash and the vehicle reprogrammed to support a front locker?

So one could get a M210 and Gear it to 4.27, good to know. The one on ebay looks aluminum, which would be a M190, it is tagged 4.27.
About time, I have an M210 that I want to re-gear to 4.27

There are threads here where folks have swapped from the m190 to m210 - it does require new front axles (also a Ford Performance part), and some programming, but appears to be relatively straightforward from there. That does get you a front ELD. Provided you are using a Ford Performance FDU, which is available in 4.46, 4.7, 5.13, and 5.38. About $2,500 for the FDU + axles.

It's recommended to have Ford Pro Cal as part of that, but not strictly required. I think you can do all the programming with the Pro Cal unit now. Pro Cal is about $800 give or take, and has the bonus of having the Performance Tune available if you want it.

So, from there you have some options.

You can also just get an entire new rear end - the Ford Performance m220 rear ends can be bought pre-assembled in a lot of different ratios, including all of the above listed for the m210. So they would match right up, and be relatively easy to install. You'd also get a lot of spare parts on that (new axles, new rotors, etc), or flip your 4.27 ELD rear end to someone who doesn't have a rear locker as a takeoff - so it isn't a horrible deal for the price. About $2,500 for the rear end.

You could re-gear either your FDU down to 4.27, or your existing rear end up to match whatever you bought the FDU in. If you wanted to upgrade to an air locker in the front or rear, this would be a good way to go. If you keep the rear ELD and just do a ring/pinion set + overhaul kit you might come out a few dollars less than buying an entire new rear end (it requires a lot of specialty tools, you can DIY, but better off finding a shop that can do differential work).

There's also the Ultimate Dana 60 rear end, the upgrade from the m220 - and that is available in a matching 5.38 as the M210 (and a lot of other ratios, but no others that directly line up without a regear kit). That's pricey but it's currently the heaviest duty option available.

The Ford Performance stuff can be found at discounts from 3rd parties, from a dealer you can use Ford Points towards purchase, so the price I list is just a swag MSRP - before lots of other people jump in saying "You can get it cheaper" -- yeah you can, but the price depends on your Ford points and the day of the week.

The buttons can be added to the dash for the ELDs (The hero buttons). There are threads here from folks who have done so, including the part numbers for the specific button panels you need to do so. It will include some programming to activate the new buttons - again, those threads can help you out. I don't have any handy to link, but they should pop up on search. Or you can throw them to an upfitter switch - they won't work automatically with GOAT modes there, but they also won't deactivate on you under some specific conditions.
