For the third attachment point (not at the bracket but the one by the crash bars) are we supposed to just reuse the factory expansion nut or use metal clips and a new bolt. I received mine today and plan to install the fronts tomorrow but haven’t opened the box for the directions yet
Yes, re-use the factory expansion nut and screw

Attempted install today, two of the clip nuts were junk right off the bat. Bracket seemed to stick out at an odd angle, after installing though was not an issue with the flare reinstalled.

Main issue is and I think Mabett may want to have a disclaimer.

*IF YOU HAVE 35"s AND NO LIFT THEY WILL RUB IN SOME CASES*

I installed the drivers side and could tell right away there would be an issue so I turned 3/4 left and the tire made solid contact with the flaps inner edge.

I will try installing them again this weekend after I have the 2" lift installed but even then if I get near 3/4 Stuff I am sure they will rub again.

I am sure if you are not going big on the tires you will be fine Other than the clip nuts being less than good the actual brackets and flaps are pretty dam good.

I intend to replace all hardware though and maybe install Nutserts instead of the clip nuts.

Here is a pic and Video maybe

@Mabett ; You should make a 'Front only' option for those who dont want to buy the rear mud flaps.
I thought the same thing... but with the steep discount, I realized that having a rear set (even if I don't want them on regularly), is good for having on standby if I ever want to tow something nice... or need to not throw rocks on whoever is behind me. At this price, I have no problem buying all 4... they should be here Saturday.

On amazon it says those are for the 4 doors, but it should work on 2 doors, right?

Just installed the driver's side... looks great. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting the expansion screw + nut removed... and somewhat hard to get the one back in that attaches to the mud flap. Does anyone have advice/trick for how to get them out more easily? Mine just turn and never unscrew.

I just wanted to clarify, will these fit without rub on a standard SAS with the stock 35’s? I watched the previous video and the tires look more aggressive than the Terrains on the stock SAS? I was planning on installing this weekend but will probably pass if there’s rub. Thanks for any info.

These look great. Very amusing to me the cutting edge of bronco product design is coming from china instead of the US.

I just wish i could order these without a design on them. I dont mind "mabbett" written somewhere but i dont like the big mountain emblem.

also , these WILL work with a regular badlands with 33inch tires and rock rails right?
yes

To be clear, will these fit with the factory Wildtrak side steps? Pretty sure thats what you mean by tube steps but just want to be sure. Also, would vote for fronts only and plain (no mountains) if that is a possibility.
fit with the factory Wildtrak side steps

I have the same Black Diamond as in your picture but you have the rock rails removed. All the others on the market you have to cut a hole in the flap. Will this work with the rock rails ? Do they just bump right up to the rockrail without having to cut a hole ?
no need to cut a hole

First of all a apology to you because I didn't take into account that the size of the tire would affect the fit!

This information is really valuable, thank you so much, I will find a way to redesign a version again for the 35 inch tires!

No problem with front Mud Flaps right?

Also I would love to know if you can install the rear Mud Flap after installing the 2" lift
Wait. What?

Are the "fits Sasquatch" mud flaps incompatible with 35" tires?

How can that be when every Sasquatch comes with 35" tires?

Mine arrive Saturday... and I have a Sasquatch. More info, please?
