Wondering how normal it is that when my climate control is on 2nd from max or max fan, it will blow pretty hard, then occasionally instantly slow down a bit, then slowly come back up to full speed. Almost as if it's a dc motor running at 14v and then suddenly gets 10v, then slowly climbs back up. I honestly wish i could describe it better, and I'll provide a video if I can

If I recall correctly, when I place/recieve a call (and I have phone hooked up via Android Auto) the system automatically turns fan speed down a bit... beyond that can't think of a reason.

voice control slows down my fan, so can’t request a song to play when I start my commute if it’s really hot or cold.

Glad it's at least "normal". I was worried it was a bigger problem. After my engine problem and my MIC roof I was not excited at the thought of bringing it back to the dealer again.

within the next month or so Im gunna bring mine into the dealer for the normal inspection stuff as I've yet to do that since I purchased. While there, I intend to ask them to check that. Probably will be nothing but I'll circle back here if I get anytthign useful

I'm guessing here but: When in Max setting the unit automatically sets to 'Recirc" to use conditioned cabin air. Ford has programed it to occasionally switch to outside air to 'refresh' the air. When it does this the sound and maybe even fan speed will change significantly.

I actually have the opposite problem: I always leave it in outside air mode, but in real hot weather in AC on startup it will default to "recirc" and I have to manually override to fresh air.
