Fan speed is the only control that affects airflow (not temp). If the system is on youre going to have airflow so not sure exactly what youre asking. If you have recirculation off the speed will be greater when youre driving vs sitting still.

Turn the button to recirculate air inside only and not let air outside in.

Um, you might want to tell us which climate control system you have.

I can certainly turn mine off, but I have the base system.

I've had a question about the AC all along...

The 'Auto' button illuminates three lights - what does these indicate? It seems to run the same no matter what setting I have it in. I cannot locate any explanation in the Owners Manual.

Thanks! Appreciated.
I'm still a bit dubious as to its true effectiveness but at least I understand what the lights are for! I initially thought I had some defroster or something on until I read the manual. Was just out today and IME it just changes the fan speed (and noise). My expectation, based upon years of other vehicles with auto-temp systems, is set it and forget it to a temp and the system manages to that with an initial ramp up (when needed) and then a taper off to a steady state. Perhaps I just haven't taken a long enough trip or the environment hasn't been right to allow it to work optimally but 3 lights = high fan, 2 lights = med fan, 1 light = low fan is how it has been working for me.

FWIW I have a May 23 build with the digital display on the knobs. It works fine and I'm happy, it's a small thing, it just appears to work quite differently than any other similar system I've used.

These digital knobs had been a resource issue for awhile. Are they standard again? I have Dec 22 build of MY23 and I have them.

If you want the fans completely off, press the button in the middle of the left temp adjustment knob. The fans will completely turn off

I think that is exactly what was asked. I too wondered why you couldn't turn off the fan. Pretty obvious now seeing the power symbol on the left knob. Thanks!
