According to MAS, no way around the 2.7L issue and I will have to accept a 2.3L if I want the vehicle. Interestingly enough, I called Ford's customer service line to confirm this and they said there is no restriction placed on ordering the 2.7L. The lady said she sees 2.7L orders daily and that this must be something imposed by MAS and it definitely was not ford. I don't know who's right and who's wrong here, but I told the MAS rep to cancel my order. I'm not going to pay 50K for a new vehicle that doesn't have what I want. I'll just put my name in the lottery for the 2022 bronco.
Exactly, plus, Granger, Stevens, and/or Chapman will all give you a better price. You'll enjoy having exactly what you wanted and not feel like to had to compromise. That's why I never felt the need to change my order, it would be built the way I wanted, eventually.

Stay away from MAS. They string you along with lies, then act like they are doing you a huge favor getting you the Bronco of "Not" your dreams. You can get a better deal through Granger, Stephens, and Costco will even get you invoice pricing. All MAS is willing to save you is only about $500. It's a joke and obviously they don't honor their lowest price guarantee.

They told me they would match or beat like for like Bronco through any dealer. Got a direct quote from Stephen's for Black Diamond 4dr, 2.7L Mic, mid package at $1000 below invoice, and MAS will not acknowledge Stephen's quote. They say it's a "Special" order....I told them every Bronco order is a "special" order since Ford was only accepting reservation orders at the time. They still make excuses.

For a company that's supposed to be giving a better deal for those that are deployed overseas, they haven't shown it to me or any others that have dealt with them.

They kept telling me they couldn't get me this, or that, and wanted me to change my order to fit their restraints. I told them I was not sacrificing anything. This is my dream vehicle. I've been saving for a long time to pay cash for this rig and I will not settle for anything less than what I want.

The problem I face is getting a bronco from one of these US based dealers ordered and shipped to the UK. It would have to be taken to a port location stateside by the dealer. Between dealer transport and international shipping, I’ll prob end up at the same price as MAS. I did find one FL based dealer that ships internationally, maybe they would match granger or one of the others for me. I’ll look into it when orders open for the 22 MY.

I have been in contact with some of the higher ups at AAFES. I know a person who just happed to retire from a position reasonably high up the exchange services... He also happens to be my father. :)

So let the games continue. While my dad is the only reason I know who to contact (which doesn't guarantee anything but grabbing an ear), what MAS has been doing is wrong, and that has gotten traction with people who I have been in contact with. It's supposed to be a benefit and not some fleecing operation. The evidence I have been collecting hasn't gone unnoticed, and until they can act ethically, I am going to be on them.

You have my support! If you’d like to see that they told me no discounts, not even the $500 military discount, I can forward that to add to your body of evidence.

I will send you a private message with my email address. You can send it all there. Yes, I plan on making this an issue with them. I even have archived the entire website to prove that they were not disclosing information and downloaded videos of MAS sales reps saying all kinds of inaccurate information. It's not even about the money at this point, it's 100% based on principle and the people who have shared similar stories.

Thank you for your help.
