As with many folks on B6G, I love looking for that next modification for my Bronco. Thankfully the aftermarket world has come up with lots of amazing accessories, but it got me thinking: What's missing? What are some items that you'd like to see as an interior or exterior modification/accessory that nobody is currently making? This could be a completely new idea, or a rendition of something already on the market that doesn't 100% suite your needs. There may be some ideas posted which are on the market that you haven't seen, which I'm sure someone will share a link to in order to help you out.

Hoping we come up with some good ones, as there's lots of great vendors on B6G who may be watching this for ideas.

I'll get us started:

I feel like the trail sights on the front of the Bronco are under-utilized. Yes, there's some aftermarket accessories available, but not a lot. Maybe a GoPro camera mount or some additional AUX light options would be cool. Even something silly like a small detachable table which could be helpful while camping and standing around the Bronco.

Let's hear your ideas!

Agree with the trail sight mount. I was thinking some sort of hood rack with a crossbar from trail sight to sight and another quick mount point on the area closer to the windshield. You’d have to remove it to pop the hood, but it could be useful for thin profile gear perhaps?

Fun idea. Only negative I can think of would be wind noise. Especially something mounted close to the window.

I'd like to see a kit that used the useless rear wiper motor to drive an opener for the tail gate window. Even if to was just a couple inches. Air flow in a 2Dr kinda sucks. Or something like that for the side windows.. Great way to dump hot air and help cut the air from the B Pillar pounding on the side of my head.

Maybe even a way to pop the window a few inches and secure it without worry about hitting a bump and shattering the glass on the spare

I need someone to make a high lift jack mount that bolts to the swing gate hinges. There’s one on Amazon and it looks very low quality.

A front grille made of metal/aluminum.

Window screen for 2 door. (I know you can make them for a 4door, but that won’t work with the angle on the front window)

fog light kit that fits the triangle shape of the modular bumper properly, not just some generic lights that are cut off and shoved in the space.

Something useful for the BYOD screw on the dash. Not just a robot arm that holds a phone.

rear cargo mat that has holes for the cargo hooks.

fender flare deletes that don’t have bolts showing, and are still easily removable. Or metal fender flares that match the oem ones in size.

The OEM cargo mat (and I believe many others) have cut outs for the tie down anchors - you just need to trim them out yourself.

This may be stupid but I wish somebody made a one piece mat to cover the rear area and the back of the back seats when folded down all the ones out there have a seam between the two rear seats and another seam where the seats meet the rear area I had to cut and shape my own out of a truck bed mat, reason is for hunting season with my dogs all full of muck all that muck would go down the seams on the seat bottoms

Ok, hear me out. Today I saw a 4dr with the hardtop panels over the front and rear seat but without the cap on the back. I know Ford warns against doing that. BUT, I thought it would be interesting if someone designed a bulkhead behind the rear seats that allowed you to attach the roof panels so the cargo area is open… almost a pickup bed. It could even have a window. There’s no real functional value, but it could look kinda cool.

A canvas dump bag that attaches to the side of the spare tire, to be used as a trash bag.

Plenty that go on the wheel surface, therefore blocking the backup camera. I want one that straps around the tread and sits next to the spare

I wish there was something that could help line the doors up better when putting them back on, or maybe something that could be added to the hinge. I hope i'm not the only one that struggles with this, but I am constantly knicking the edge of my doors up every time I try to line them up to re-install.

I just want rain-sensing wipers!
And, auto folding mirrors when locking.

An A-pillar vent control / block!

(credit to @Wiser Bronco )

If I knew more about 3D printing I'd try to fit a plug that fit in there that you could push in / pop out.
Never had an issue with this, but never really thought about it either. An adjustable vent is a good idea!
