Yeah, that surprised me. The little tidbit about completing a form related to COVP when canceled to populate the $2500 credit also opened my eyes. That might be the smoking gun why people are having issues seeing that certificate on their accounts.Wow.... 28% haven't even done COVP yet?!?

As I indicated earlier today, that needs to be completed by the canceling dealer. The selling dealer has no control in generating the incentive.Yeah, that surprised me. Yeah, this is very frustrating. After contacting Ford Chat, Ford Marketing, and my dealer there is no Private Offer. As a July 2020 reservation holder that has reordered year over year as requested and provided COVP this is rediculous. How can we verify COVP? I'm scheduled for a Heritage Edition (not Limited) which are only available to previous reservation/order holders and yet no one can find my Private Offer? Really? In order to get scheduled for a Heritage, I thought you had to be COVPed? Ideas appreciated.No, unfortunately. Unless that recently changed.
