Yeah, the back door site only worked for me once. I’ve tried clearing cache, using vpn, not using vpn, rebooting, and nothing helps. All I get is my personal info listed on my order page, but I did get an email from ford in early November.

well, I decided after reading the information on here to call and speak to the service manager. he assures me the order is in, and gave me the order number, he says he did not put the email address in, basically because fords emails are giving customers a lot of wrong information, like being told the vehicle is at the dealership when its not yet, so he wants their customers to text them and ask for information. but he did give me the order number so I can call ford monday and get things squared away. thanks
