My 2023 Bronco Raptor does not have this feature so what is going on?

Watch the video below at the 4:10 min mark. When did Ford start doing this on 2023 Broncos?

Yes my 2023 BD has this and I use it all the time. Built July, 2023.

Hmm we are talking about the windows going down a bit when the doors unlock and you open the door correct?

My 21 does that. I had it in service for the door key, myself and the tech was trying to get the code pulled up. While it was in the system, he told me there were a lot of updates that I did not have, some for the newer models. So I said ok and he updated everything.

After that, I noticed some changes and did not think much about it. Also, I did get my code for the door keypad :) That is what I was most happy about, as I use it all the time.

I got something weird going on. Just tried this with key fob.

Drivers side front and back DO NOT do it.

Passengers side front and back DO drop with fob. WTH??

2022 Raptor.

These window modes are nutty. I did a global down which drops all 4 all the way, but then it screwed up my passenger front range so had to reset that one.

My 2023 Big Bend has this feature. What I don’t like is after parking and turning off the engine the windows don’t drop unless you hit the unlock button.

Maybe your PDM has been updated but not the DDM? That’s interesting for sure

They do, but not quicker than my wife and kids open the doors….My previous car had frameless glass and as soon as you turned off the car the windows would drop.

Seems like this is so simple to fix:
Index them down 1/4" when your turn the truck off, you unlock with keyfob, or you put your hand under the handle with keyless entry.

Index them back up 1/4" once the door shuts or transmission is taken out of P.

Interesting feature for sure. It would be nice to get it available to 21 and 22 models. Although I don't see the window flop as much of an issue. When I enter or exit I just make sure to pull the handle without opening the door so the window cracks first, then open the door. Not really a big hassle IMO.

I have a 23 built on 12/9/22 and all windows go down simultaneously using the fob.

Same here. I have trained myself to open the doors in such a way to stop the glass from wobbling. BUT, the rest of the family hasn't been whipped into shape yet, so I'm still somewhat interested.

Buddy has my VCM3 at the moment, but he's supposed to drop it off tomorrow. Will have to check to see if there is a PDM/DDM update available for 2022 Broncos... unless someone wants to shame one of our Ford tech friends to volunteer their Bronco.

Is this update only out for 4 doors and not the two doors?
