Waiting for this one.
I am waiting for the one below. This will allow my personal chauffeur to take me off-road while I sip Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon in the back. Can't wait for Ford to deliver, but not sure if it will have grab handles on the E or F pilar. Should flex well over breakover points right at the middle.

Ford needs to figure out how to build and deliver the broncos they have in a timely manner before adding more trims that most will never see.

A full size 4G parked next to me recently and I noticed that the wheelbase & overall length were almost identical to my 6G four door! So when I got time I found specs on the “full size” as you say and discovered that not only are wheelbase & overall length within decimal points of each other, so is track width, ground clearance, approach angle, departure angle, breakover angle … all within a tenth of an inch or tenth of a degree !!!

Therefore my friend I submit that what we have is indeed a full size. I wouldn’t want to try wheeling in an XL.
He asked for a fullsize Bronco, not a 4-door.

The actual 6G Bronco only has 2 rear seats, whereas the old fullsize broncos could fit 3 adults in the back.

How about a Ranger Edition. 😂 they came out 10 months after I built my first heritage edition, with one of their own. Maybe they will be inspired by ranger edition.

Nice, but it makes too much sense.

So if OHV no longer means overhead valve but off highway vehicle, is ORV "on road vehicle?

And isn't past time for the following versions?

Bronco Harley-Davidson
Bronco King Ranch
Bronco Timberland
Bronco Eddie Bauer

Or are they "extending" the nameplate to include Bronco Baby Sport. Certainly won't be a Bronco with a pickup bed although IMHO there ought to be

Hopefully they come out with an actual Full Size Bronco option based off the F150 platform in the coming years. They said the Bronco name was going to be its own line of vehicles and options/models (like the sport), so hoping that will be in the future. I spoke with a Ford development engineer a few months ago that was out trying an off-roadeo and I brought that up to him. He just said "no comment" with a big smile on his face. So one may be in the works. I know its not for everyone, but I would love one personally. I do love my current midsize Bronco, but would love the option to go full size 2 door again. Could have the sport, Bronco, and Bronco XL. Great lineup right there.
Smile with a Wink ?

@BricknoseBronco you sound a little angry. I hope that’s not true because you are blessed with an awesome 2 door Bronco as well as an XXXL F350.

Roughly a decade ago when Ford was displaying various concepts at car shows I wrote Ford corporate, addressed to Marketing, wherein I politely told them what I wanted and why. I told them how I’ve owned multiple F150s and F250s as well as Tacomas and Jeeps of various sizes, and that I would be in the market in the 2020’s with money-in-hand for a midsize off roader that I can easily tow behind a Ford-chassis motorhome. I went on to politely inform them that Jeep makes this nice thing called a Wrangler which, if they didn’t make what I want then I’ll simply and literally go across the street and buy the Jeep instead of the Ford. No yelling or ranting, merely a nice letter to corporate headquarters.

I got what I wanted. 😀
If you want something different may I suggest that you make some nice phone calls and write some carefully written letters?

Definitely not angry. And not sure how you even came to that conclusion. And the whole title of this thread is "new versions, variants". So how does me commenting on wishing a full size Bronco was an option to add to the line up equal me being angry? Pretty sure thats what this thread is all about. If anyone sounded angry it it seemed like you were with your responses. I'm sorry you're having to find out your Bronco is not a full size.

And I got exactly what I wanted for what is available and been heavily enjoying it. Took me 795 days to get my exact build. But if they had offered the current mid size 6G and a full size 6G option at the beginning, I would have ordered the full size first without hesitation. Just because you personally don't want a full size doesn't mean others don't. But don't lie to yourself that the current Bronco is a full size because you parked next to an old full size Bronco one time.

You couldn't have said it any better! Which is why I have a 2 door 6G. And for that matter, I've definitely fit 4 people on my back bench seat before in my 1990. And had way more storage in the back than any 4 door has. I do love my current 2 door, but would have got a 2 door full size over the midsize if it was an option.
