Doing this also...the light brackets sit up above the frame too far. I've even wondered about just removing two of the lights since they are so bright...or making an extensions for the cable and putting two of the lights further back for the cargo.
Just an FYI. It did cause an issue when putting my top back on. You can’t fully close the locking latch because it hits the light. Easy fix for me as I just loosened the light, turned the locking latch and tightened the light back down. Not a big deal for me because it’s full top off or full top on for me.

If you move them further back please post details and pictures. Thanks

Well, I tried installing these today but they’re not coming on. Not sure what I did wrong. I’m pretty sure I connected into the right wire. :(

Double check the wire, as there is another one that is very similar. Do you have your key with you? try cycling the ignition. Sometimes mine go to sleep & don't come on until I do.
Hope you get it sorted 🤠 .

Nevermind. I fixed it. :) I didn’t have the connection point in the fuse box all the way in.

I did almost rip the wire trying to get the tape off with my knife. That was a close one. Lol.

You might also make sure the tap part of the connector do not fall out as I had that happen to me.

That was the issue I had. I only had the tap half way in and it fell out. This time I made sure it went all the way in. Definitely not an easy access point getting inside that fuse box where the wire is.

Message them with images, if possible. Their customer service is very strong.
