I'm posting this to see if anybody else has this problem. I picked up my New 23 Wildtrak yesterday and the vehicle has an issue that myself or the dealer hasn't seen before. I've been a member for few years an never came across this thread.
I'm attaching 2 pics of the lux screen.
On Nav mode it shows a map and screen doesn't change or track, the screen has a GPS with a red line thru it. The siriusxm screen on the right says Antenna Problem. Dealership tried a reboot of system and battery disconnected to reboot.
They also swapped the antenna on the rollbar with another antenna to check if it was bad. Nothing worked.
I was hoping someone might have had this issue on delivery.
The dealership is trying to get me in for a service tech in 2 weeks.

Did anybody bother to check the telematics fuse? (should be obvious but...)

Could it also be the harness connector from the head unit to the GPS/antenna?

I saw the same error displayed on my Nav yesterday but disregarded it as soon as CarPlay conected. I'll check again and see if theres GPS or Sirius when I run out to lunch in a bit

Sounds like the possible loose connection or as mentioned maybe the fuse to that control unit.

I'd be interested to see if you still have the error and if system works

The coax cable is probably disconnected some where between the antenna and the APIM.

Just got back from a quick drive- the "No GPS" image was gone and both the NAV and Sirius were working as normal. I know that doesn't say a lot for the Sirius reception, but no issues with either.

I don't see an update having gone through last night, so the only thing between my driving yesterday and today was a stop for gas and parking. But the signal has restored itself

Wow, just checked my gps/sirius and its now working,
Must have been a glitch in sirius preventing it from connecting. My Ford says no update, but I wonder if sirius sent one to their equipment.

Spoke to soon, all GPS on Nav and sirius screen says Antenna Problem.
So annoyed on a brand new car.
Don't they check the modules before shipping to dealer @Ford Motor Company

I guess I shouldn’t complain about my WT stuck in production due to “increased focus on quality assurance”
