I like that you kept the stock Big Bend wheels and grille. They are simple and practical. I've got no hate for the stock BB bumpers, but that front bumper looks good - and I'll bet the intercooler benefits as well. Well done!

Base / plastic are useless, obviously the crash bars are the structural part. I didn't weigh the front when I removed it, but it was less than a 12 pack per my calibrated hand. Your use case will matter of course but that was the first thing I did was replace the plastic.

Well done. On a side note, why is the V6 so ugly. The 4 is not much better. A Coyote would look so good in a Bronco!!
Interesting note on V6 vs I4-one would assume more room for taller shock towers on I4. Turns out Ford decided that with the I4 it was necessary to run a bunch of hard lines right across the top of the shock towers on both sides. Not ideal.

Yes, it does look like even a minor hit on the stock factory bumper can do a lot of damage to shutters, intercooler and related.

I looked on the Turn site, and it unfortunately has this goofy-looking horizonal LED strip in lieu of places to accommodate factory-style fog lights (as I have on my Big Bend).

I have yet to do anything with the factory fog light wiring since I replaced the bumper. I certainly will tho. PLenty of bumper options out there if you don't like what you first see.
