Awesome, thank you!

Just the opposite, as in you hope they don't offer more options?
On the color. I would like to see a few more option myself. We will use our Bronco as a long road trip vehicle, and I would love to see ventilated front seats added to the '22's along with some more wheel options for the OBX.

I have an OBX with roast interior and it is indeed sexy. Better than pictures 8 have seen and the bronze dash is awesome.
Can you post some decent pics? I’d looked but couldn’t find any.

I know a fellow who works for Motorweek and he test drove every model at one of the Ford offerings. He stated two things right away. One the SAS package models ride the best on everyday paved roads, and the 2:3 was plentry powerful for the application. He has no dog in the fight so his opinion carries a bit more weight to me.
The non sas is great on the road!

Look at the Bronco accessory wheel. Most on here don't like it. It's 18x8 with a 55mm offset.

One dealer has put a 33" tire package together with this wheel.
Eww. I've seen that and it's ugly.

Since ours will be a road trip vehicle I'm happt to hear that. And, after driving a Jeep for so long I also look forward to the IFS on the Bronco. I know the Bronco has to drive much better.

You are welcome young lady. Trying to pick wheels, and tires for my OBX has nearly drivien me nuts. It worse than picking a color. :)

Well the color was actually easy. I had Race Red picked, but the wife likes Area 51. Sooooooo........lol
I really wanted some chrome slot wheels, but I can't find any that aren't 0 offset. I'm worried it will stick out with 275/70 tire. What offset are you looking for?

Right now I'm leaning towards the 17" +30 RTR Tech 6 wheel in Satin Charcoal. From what I have seen that offset with a 285/70R17 will put the tread just inside the fender with just a little sidewall poke. I don't want the tire slinging water, and dirt on the side of the truck.

I think those would look good with iconic silver, but they are sold out of the 17" rims.

I saw that. As usual I'm a day late, and a dollar short. Hopefully they will be getting their stock built back up soon.

Early August 2020 res. Order placed for OBX, High, Leather, MIC, Tow. I am #70 or so in line and the dealer has about 40 allocations. Once B&P for 2022 opens, I’m planning to switch to soft top and drop tow.

Since Ford has been so kind to give me a year+ to think about my order, I’ve been looking into other options.

Chose OBX because I like the design and won’t be doing much off-roading, if any.

However, I much prefer the SAS look, but don’t need the added performance that comes with.

Unless I’m missing something, Wildtrak is the only build that offers the larger tires without going SAS, while still being able to keep my other options. Although I prefer the OBX roast interior.

Questions:
1. Would switching to WT just be adding time to my wait since it’s only 2.7?

2. Can you get a soft top on the WT?

3.Would I be effing myself on the “price guarantee” if I switched to a different build?

4. Would it make more sense to just stick with OBX and get aftermarket wheels/tires?

5. Would I have to get it lifted to achieve the SAS look and if so, would I be spending about the same in aftermarket upgrades as I would be just switching to WT?

Appreciate any helpful advice/feedback!
Keep the outer banks, add a spacer lift 35s and wheels. Many have done this

This is most likely the route I'll be taking!
