How much do you pay for an oil change? Went to my local dealership and it was $104. I guess it is time to find somewhere else to change it.

Yup, that’s about what I pay at my local dealer.
Interestingly enough, I pay less for my 6Series BMW than the Bronco.

I do my own, but yeah $104 is a good price.
$45 for oil and filter.
$45 for shop towels and floor cleaner needed as I forgot about the cow pissing oil drain plug
$12 for a 6 pack of a craft brew. Doctor says to drink more water so I will probably switch to a lite beer in the future to save a few bucks.

About $85 at my dealer, semi-synthetic and 5 tire rotation.

About $25, in my garage.
Kirkland full synthetic $2.70 qt
Motorcraft filter $8

I regularly get coupons in the mail from my dealer, for something like $55 an oil change.

Before running budget brand oils I would suggest doing a bit more research on what the differences are between budget oils compared to top brand oils-- particularly with turbo engines, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), and additive packages. As often is the case you get something that meets the minimum standards for less cost but is that really good enough for your 60K investment? It's no for me

These days, depending on where you live, that’s reasonable as dealers go. If you do full synthetic with 5-tire rotation, $140-$160 is typical at dealers in Northern VA. Everything is more expensive here.

They give you a long list of “free” checks & inspections they are doing at the same time. Whether they actually do it all is hard to know.

miss the days of the $29.99 dealer oil changes and 2 miles from the dealer.

my last one was in the $122, 30 minutes to dealer 30 minute courtesy ride home and repeat that 1 hr round trip at end of day.

I did do the research, Costco's buying power allows them them to sell premium motor oil at a reasonable cost. It's on par with the other top brands, no need to pay extra for advertising and sponsorships.

Costco's website does not say that Kirkland Signature Full Synthetic 5w30 meets Fords oil specification for the Bronco 2.7L, WSS-M2C961-A1 . Do you have information that says it does?
