What is the weight of the wheels, they look heavy?
Not sure the exact weight, but I doubt they’re that much heavier than the stock base steel wheels. I will say the total weight with tires is quite a bit heavier than stock, but that was expected given the size and tread style of the tires.

Saw this today on TFLNow's Community Tab. Owner didn't mention any specific details of the setup but I really like it.
What bumper do you have on there? Nice!

I'll be happy to post a run down on how these were modified and sourced. (bit of a pain in the butt and time consuming but they come out really nice)

Not sure if it's cool to offer these here so I guess I'll find out if it gets deleted..... I have this set of 5 of these modified stock 16" available if anyone is interested? Only mounted for photo shoot so less than 50 miles on them.

Specs:
285/75r-16
Kumho Road Venture All Terrain AT51
(3 Peak Snow Rated)
$1500 for the set of 5
factory TPMS sensors are included
Pick up In AZ

Cheers

Looks awesome. Did you sell them? BTW, looks like a custom roof rack?

Those KMC Roswells look Good!! I'm So torn between putting WHITE Black Rhino "Solids" or WHITE 1552 Analogs on my EG BadSquatch that due in next week or going CHROME Pro-Comp old schools....these Roswells powder coated White is definitely an Option!!!
As of 3/28/22 KMC Roswells in black are "discontinued" and I am having a heck of a time finding a 17" anywhere. If anyone knows of a vendor drop me a DM or put it here. Cheers.

I think I am going to paint my sasquatch rims silver. that would look kind of old school and brighten it up some.

Looks good what wheel company did you end up going with? What size and offset?
This thread has been a huge help for me during my wheel search, thought I'd share the final product:

This wheel & tire combo looks terrific ... very appreciative of all the work you and AARDVARK122 have done for anyone looking for a retro style. Can you please advise on the specific wheelsmith smoothie size (i.e. 17 x 7 or 8?) and offset (+30?) ... also interested in your white paint color - looking to either wrap or paint the top and want to match the wheels as close as possible?

Thanks! Mine are 17x7 with the max offset they could do - I believe that ended up being +45mm. The color is just the standard white the local powder coating company uses, they did not specify and I didn't think to ask.

TY for the details MachOneGarage, that (+45mm) makes sense on a 17 x 7 (vs. +30mm on a 17 x 8) ... looking for zero (or near zero) poke and you nailed it - well done!

CGW- I know very little about the interplay between offset and wheel width - are you saying that the offset will depend on the wheel width? If I went with a 8.5 wide wheel, is there a limit to the offset? Would I have more positive offset choices with an 8 wide? Thanks for any help - trying to understand this issue better

I have -6 on my Wrangler and wish I chose less poke.

While deep dish old school steel wheels are by far my favorites, they absolutely will not work on the new Bronco without having an unsitely amount of poke….which I personally cannot stand as that amount of poke is not practical for off-road use at all. After all, we are talking about Broncos.
The best compromise is a 7.5-8” wide wheel with between +30 to +55 offset. Hmm…..looks like Ford got it right….imagine that.
I own a 1st gen Bronco with 8” wide steelies that are completely covered by the fenders…….that’s the way these were designed. Just won’t work on this new generation.
Maybe it’s just my age(experience), but I hate poke.
Each to his own😉
