Here is our 2023 Outer Banks, 2.7L, Lux with:
  • 20" Fuel D679s -18 offset
  • 295 60R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
  • RC51027 3.5" Lift Kit with Upper Control Arms
  • RC51033 Forged Rear Track Bar
  • RC HD Tie Rod Sleeves
  • RC51055 Spare Tire Relocation and Reinforcement Bracket.

Ford canceled our sasquatch when it was built, but the dealer passed us a $2600 credit from Ford, so in the end, we had fun making it our own 🙂 The kids picked Velocity Blue and we couldn't be happier, people really compliment it in person. I attached some pics on a cloudy day vs sunny, it looks good in any weather 😎

Looks good. Interested to hear how you did your 3 amber marker lights in the grille. Yours is the first one I’ve ever seen with the OBX or Big Bend grille to pull off the 3 marker lights. Many kits are available for all the other trim grilles, but not the OBX / Big Bend shaped grilles.

Thanks. Here's a link to another thread where I put a few details. It was honestly super easy. If you need more Info, let me know and I'll do my best to get you pics or anything else. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/outer-banks-grille-question.33215/post-1796619

Awesome, thanks for the help! Totally missed that thread. That's all I needed, as I can take it from there.
For the outer 2 lights, I actually cut a block of wood (painted it black), 3/4" tall, 1/2 deep, and 4" wide. I screwed the amber lights to the block, and used 3m adhesive on the top of the block to stick it to the top/inside of the grille since there is a flat spot there (it would be possible to drive a couple screws through the plastic into the block if u want). It's super solid, they're not going anywhere. The only obx prefab kit I've seen is 2 lights and $100, mine was less than $30.

Great, thanks. Yes, I've seen the 2 light kit before......but it's just not right without the 3rd light!

My favorite OBX (non-sas) build so far! Looks amazing.

Did you have to remove any crash bars to fit the 20” wheels?

Thank you!! We made the best of Ford canceling our sasquatch, in the end we think it worked out better 😁 And yes, our crash bars were removed when it was lifted and the wheels/tires were added.

Always great to see what future options are out there for those of us that went the non-Sas OBX route.

Looks good. I’d wrap all those wires in conduit, for aesthetics and a complete job commensurate with your great looking build. Practicality concerns also tell me in-protected wires rub through and eventually short. Plastic conduit is cheap, and adds to the install time of anything you are doing, but I would do it.

Thank you! KEWISAUTO Splash Guards Replace P/N #M2DZ-16A550-AA #M2DZ-16A550-BB https://a.co/d/fyc1z8j

I took a gamble since they don't have any reviews (figured I could return them easily), perfect fit and quality seems good. I followed another thread here for mounting, these flaps do require minor modification for install just like the OEM Ford flaps.
