Ours isn't completely gone but it is better. I greased up all the contact points of metal to metal with white lithium grease and also took several rubber wedge pads and stuffed in between the spare tire and the original rubber bumpers. This is what I used... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YDJPXYP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Like I said, it's not 100% gone but it is better than it was.

I also have had the creaks and rattles from the rear tailgate area for quite some time now. Yesterday I decided to open the rear glass and drive around the subdivision. The creaks and rattles disappeared. Obviously the contact between the rear glass and tailgate are creating this god awful noise. Gonna try the Krytox on those seals.

Same, here, started around 4,000 miles, annoying ticking when going over uneven roads. If you're sitting in the tailgate area facing the back mine is coming from the right side where it transitions from the tailgate to the glass. Def watching this thread.
Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

It almost certainly is, we've seen it many times. Without support, over time the heavy tire fatigued the structure and caused movement. They are there for a reason.
I used racquet balls in between mine. Didnt change a thing. I did find the plastic cover for the latch access was very loose so I put foam tape around the edge. Helped but still have some rattles. I need to have someone drive and just get back there and listen. I did notice this past week the passenger glass appears loose. The bolt is tight so Im thinking there may be an internal issue with the top. Going for an oil change this week and gonna have it looked at.
