Looks great!!!

Make this for the two doors with seats, you cowards!(just jokes)

I’m tired of having to empty all the contents of the rear to access the underfloor storage.

The overall weight is 112 lbs (it’s a large tray). The tray is 53 lbs. I am currently awaiting a response from my metal supplier and CNC provider on an aluminum option. There will be a weight savings but the cost of aluminum currently is about 55% more than steel.
Hope this helps.

Maybe a 2 tier system where the bottom is a drawer and the top is the full length slideout and the top tier is removable for when you need the rear seats for passengers.

It’s only steel and aluminum…

What, no titanium? Damn.... LOL. Also was looking for a cast iron version.

Nice looking rack though! I just need to convince myself to pull out the rear seats in the 2021.

I would say just do it! But to each his own. Thanks for the compliment though. Good times!

How about just selling the rails? ... This, or make a light weight fiberglass tray option?
Was going to carve out thick foam mattress to level, and upholster in nadgahayde..
Your product seems the better option... T.Y.!
Contact me through the website Wickedrelicsoffroad.com
and I can figure out something for you or a mounting bracket option for you.
We can design almost any kind of tray for you.

Looks good - couple of questions: Approximately how long does it take to install (for either an inexperienced person or someone who has done several)? Do you have any certified/recommended installers in the SF Bay area or west coast?

Looks like a well thought out product. When the drawer is secure, is it latched under tension so it doesn't rattle?

My friend owns the green Bronco in the photo. Although I have extensive knowledge of the units, he performed most of the work and this was the first time he actually saw the complete unit. You will need a metric and standard basic tool set, torx bit set and hex drivers to remove the rear seats and for the install of the Packhorse.
Beginning to end took my friend about 45 minutes. There is very little assembly for the Packhorse itself. Most of the time is spent removing the rear seats. The design bolts into factory seat mount holes and uses all but two of the factory hardware. I’ll have a detailed installation video available on YouTube in the coming days.
Also, I’m available for questions and can arrange time for a phone call by request additional assistance.
Unfortunately I do not have resources for installation outside of Georgia.

Yes, it is under some tension. Not so much that it makes it difficult to release the latches though. No rattles have been reported from the units I have sold and received feedback. The link below is a review of a very similar, just smaller design, of this unit and he references no rattles.
Take a moment and check it out.
