Patriot Fastbacks hardtop expected to be 60% quieter than stock

Patriot fastbacks today says that they expect their hardtop (the big odd looking one I assume) to be 60% quieter than the ford stock hardtop.
As a soft top owner this piques my interest.

Just wish it didn’t have that lightbar. They have a Jeep one where there’s no light bar and it slopes down to the windshield and looks much better (much closer to an old Rover). And it would be a bit cheaper! No electronics needed in a one piece winter only hard top.

I agree. Can't someone just make a "like OEM" hard top, but better. No slant or VW windows. Just a square back single piece or 2 piece with better sound deadening.

I am with you 100%
to be clear I hate every single offering for non OEM tops thus far in regards to style. Every person thinks they need to put their own dumb creative spin on the visuals.

Make the exact same top, but with good insulation... it genuinely should not be this difficult

Hmmmm, On their website the Jeep 4 door top in $3,900 and the slant back is $3,500.... If the bronco was in that range I would buy one!!!

This could lead to more OEM MIC take-offs. I saw some early renderings of the fastback
that were more landroveresk. They were saying the MSRP would be $5700 . Gotta like the stance of this rig too.
