Ford Bronco Permanent door guide pins from EZ 4x4 20250625_182418

2 weeks ago I spent about 30 minutes taking off my limb risers, Trailrax roof rack, the hard top, and the doors off.
It wasn't too bad, but it got too cold during the Los Angeles mornings and nights that I had to at the least put my doors back on.

I got these permanent door guide pins from @EZ4x4 that replace the OEM bottom bolt and has a door guide built in to them.

I cannot express how easy it was to put the door on just bolt it in place!
Putting both doors on my 2D took under 10 minutes, mostly time from bringing the doors from inside and just tightening screws.

I used these pins throughout the week with the foot rests that attach here and they were solid very solid, and also hinged in and out like the door.
Clever design.

If you like taking your doors on and off, I cannot recommend this product enough!

Mike, what makes these easier to use than the guide pins that come with the truck? Just nutting these, whereas you have to remove the factory supplied pins and put the bolts back in? Does the additional height make them that much easier to align?

Thanks

I’ve been meaning to buy a set. Waiting to see if they go on sale during Prime Day. Either way buying them!

First, the fact that they're longer makes it much easier to align the top hinge, and second, the fact that you don't have to pull them out and be confident that the door will hang there while you go grab the hardware and tools!

They give you a $5 off coupon for your first order on their site. I only needed 2 so it was 10% for me. I highly recommend for 2 doors since the doors are so much bigger.

I have mine installed but haven’t put the doors back on yet (roof and doors have been off for months :). Anyone try using tube doors with these installed?

All,

I have had a set on my 4-door for about two months. The doors have been on and off 5 times with no issues. It really helps in alignment. Now I need to get the foot pegs....

It should vary from the different brands of tube doors, but I believe the Ford tube doors have a bracket that installs into the original brackets USING the EZ door pins,, and then the tube doors are installed onto those brackets.

I just installed a set of these today. What a difference!!! They are much easier now to get back on and being able to leave them in place is awesome. This should be one of the first mods for anyone new to the Bronco if you’re intending to ever take the doors off!!! I am so glad I picked these up!!!

are the bolts interchangeable between the front and back doors on a 4 door? Asking because I have a pair of 2-door broncos...
