Picked up Bronco yesterday, 8" screen won't turn on/is black this morning?

@PartyMarty @Pjhatlanta So six months later...how did the story end? Was it the APIM? Did the issue get resolved?

Having the same issue on my 8/29 Production vehicle I just got two weeks ago. Dropped it off at the dealer this morning. Hoping you both got yours fixed and haven't looked back (and if you did look back, it was on your fully functional back-up camera!). Thanks.

This happened to me while I was riding as a passenger in the back seat. My wife was pushing buttons on Spotify, and then the screen went black. I went to my phone settings and disconnected CarPlay and it auto reconnected and the screen returned with no issues.

My 2020 250 Super Duty occasionally is black when I start it. i unplug the phone and replug it in and all is fine.
