@Beach_Bum I went with the bilstein sasquatch coilovers. I pulled the both crash bars before I brought it in to get the tires put on. I have not tried to put either back on.

@Tricky Nick Its been a while since I did it. I think it was a very light touch with a screw driver until the plastic screw started to move from its base and then I used a small pick tool to help pull on the screw head to keep tension on the threads.
I failed, stripped the plastic screw head and no luck removing. No big deal, as they can wrap around them, and it will be behind a spare anyway. Thanks for the help though!
Are you saying they use the plastic fender clips to hold that bumper in the tailgate? Those things are the pits. I need to find a bulk replacement for them. I’ve had to take the wheel liner off twice now and have to again and only half of them make it out alive.

Yeah they're the screw version of the 2 pc push pins. Have to be super gentle with them. Ford loves them.

They’re the worst. I found a push/pull replacement at AutoZone/Advanced that worked perfectly - but, they’re like $4 for 3 of them. I need to find out what they are again - I think they were labeled for Honda or something - and find a bulk supply on Amazon or something.

I think I found the part number and there seem to be knockoffs readily available: N803946S

How is the west and ride? I’m thinking those but leaning towards the MT Baja Boss in 35x1100

i can’t tell from the pic of the narrow tires fit well under regular fenders

@mcinfantry the ride is good. I run the tires pretty low ( upper 20's). I think it handles well for what it is. I do not expect it to be a sports car. The tires at tread surface are only 1/4-1/2" wider than the stock general grabbers. They tuck in pretty nice under the fender.

How quiet/civil are they on the pavement?

So far they are still very reasonable. Only about 3k miles on them.

Absolutely love the tall skinny tires. Looking at similar but 34" tires and badlands coilovers on my manual Big Bend....after it shows up. Looks great!

Two sizes from Ford for our Broncos. The short one is for Sasquatch with a 30mm positive offset. I had to get a longer one because I got a new bumper and had to move my wheels out slightly to clear (apparently I am in the minority and prefer my wheels to not stick out past the flares). I went with Method 705s with a +35.

Do you still have the crash bars removed?

I put the rear crash bars back on. Have not noticed any rubbing.

For what it's worth, I have the same tires and wheels on my 22 non-sas Badlands 4 dr. The spare fit perfectly with the existing rubber bumpers....no extension or trimming needed.
On mine both the stock BL alloy wheels and the steel BD wheels have +55 offsets.
