This proves exactly how under-whelmed and unphased Ford is by the mid-cycle refresh of the Wrangler. I mean, it was daring to change their 7-slot grill to a new 7-slot grill in two tone, very edgy. The side curtains and the 12-inch display, manage to keep up. There were a few down-trim bonuses like the locker on the Willy's and the floating Dana 44, but can't say anyone was really blown away. Ford said, hold my beer, watch this, and give me all your money, in the 3rd year with little to no updates.

Guess those MOD tops are proving a little more difficult to manufacture than expected. HE price increases since February:
2-door = $2500
4-door = $1500

People gave me shit for buying my Raptor in December for $15k over, saying I should wait for them to come down to MSRP. My $80.5k sticker will be sitting at $96.4k after this next increase. I am soooooo glad I didn't listen to them. This is what the 4th increase since the 23s were released...

As much as I hate Jeeps I would have a hard time justifying a Raptor over a V8 Rubicon at these prices. Thankfully I can't afford the burden of that choice.
