Problems with the 10 speed auto

48k miles on that trans, no issues for me, but what about people that beat the trans...here is a post from someone who runs many miles in a Gen 2 Raptor in Baja when he hit 50K. Nothing with the trans...

So hit the big 5-0 last week and took it in for service. Everything they said looked fine minus it looks like hell underneath but hey!

Ive hammered this truck as many of you know

Ive gone through

22 tires (37 BFG KO2)

4 sets of brakes

a few vacuum lines replaced

two melted oil pans

I would say about 35,000 miles total were in Baja with about 1/2 those miles been off road.

They said the fuel rod low pressures is due to driving it too fast for long periods of time. But okay it is what it is.

Im pretty sure any other truck would of caught on fire by now and burned to the ground.

50k on my f-150 with 10 speed trans. No issues here.

As far as I know al1 10 speed trans are the same . However the software is different for each application. The basic 10 speed is a proven product.

I have a '22 Bronco OBX with 2700+ miles on it, 2.3L automatic and 3 times now the transmission has I guess fallen out of gear at a stop and goes nowhere when applying the gas, just revs, then dumps into 1st gear. Ford is involved.

The class action lawsuit is for the 10R80 not the 10R60 in the Bronco.
