So I have a 21 Badlands 2.7 4dr Sas and love it. Wasn't a huge fan with the appearence of the OEM softtop so purchased the Trektop by Bestop Love the looks of the fastback style and the rear windows. a week after it was installed by the Ford dealer it was warm enough to fold it back"North Carolina" btw and I was omg at the sagging in the back when folded back. Like 10 pictures sent to customer service and 2 totally nonsensical replies back. Trying to figure out is this just mine?

fabric has to go somewhere. OEM is similar but not quite as bad. I'd think it's normal that way.

YIkes, as someone who is interested in the Trek Top, this doesn't look good. Did Besttop not have any suggestion?

Ditto for being interested in this too, but that saggy diaper makes me think twice...

If you look at Besttop's site, it looks like the fabric goes up, above the rear roll bar, not down like yours.

I agree, that doesn't look good John. However there is a lot of real estate up there, and I don't know what would fix something like that. Just thinking outside the box here, but maybe grab some longer velcro straps and snug it up some. Or maybe pull the fabric back as you put the top down. I wish I had more to help you out, but I'm stumped.

Definitely something amiss here, maybe the install? Bestop sells a mesh shade that you can use in conjunction with the Trektop. That doesn't seem feasible with your situation.

When folding back my old JKU top, you had to pull the fabric back by hand when opening it. Otherwise it would hang inside the Jeep like your picture.

seems like you have to pull the fabric back over the roof when folding it, just watched the TFL vid of them installing it. They open it and when it's about vertical pull back on the fabric so it folds over the roof. That should get that entire sag out of the way. OEM is attached to all the cross bars and folds differently. Also seems more massive in construction, but hard to tell from a video.

at about 9:30 in this video they open it up and tuck it back

What you have to do is... While the top is in the upright position grab the fabric and pull it towards the rear of the vehicle. Basically the frame isn't rigid enough to support the weight of the fabric if folded back like the OEM
