From the looks of it, I'd say no. The factory 'skid' is wider than the mount alone. We will be releasing ours very soon and it does fit with the factory 'skids'.

Interestingly, Ford calls the 'skid' a repair panel. I guess putting it on in the factory is preventative maintenance for the inevitable. But is in no way going to prevent from damaging the mount if it's hit more than a couple times.

Mine are ground up pretty good so far. Its one of the first things that get hit in the rocks.
