The thing is, some somewhat obvious small annoyance “fixes” would make it amazing which is what makes it even more frustrating.

Time will tell. So far mine has been flawless. AND, I’m not even slightly annoyed by any of the things listed on the “most irritating flaws“ thread…. Come On…. BTW, my HVAC recirculation stays on full time after the button is pushed….

76 Jeep CJ5, bought 1 year old, a solid vehicle…rag top and metal floors.
Jeep Cherokee (square box) bought new, in the late 80’s. After about 80,000 miles, the engine (V6) and body were crap. Was not impressed.

My Bronco has 13,000 mile’s on it. Way too early to tell. I drove my two previous Ford SUV’s over 300,000 miles, with very minimal problems.

Not sure what quality is referring to here.

For my purposes, the design quality is generally fantastic with some notable misses (frameless windows, ignorant sun visors, roll cage instead of bar, the steering components). I get a lot of turned heads and stranger compliments for a gray stock car, but the misses are frustrating.

The technology is cool but erratic (my media head locks constantly, the services Ford offers are generally worthless, weird things are missing or kluge). I didn't buy it for the googas, but I'd still like what is there to work generally well all the time.

The build quality is also erratic. The whole "fifth day shift" thing feels relevant, since so many have differing experiences (from just bad to pretty good). The top, hard and soft, is approaching a hard fail. But I've personally, so far, experienced far fewer issues than others (knocking wood furiously). (Note, the engine bay is a maze. Looks a bit messy and thrown together.)

I think we're also a little bit to blame, pressing hard for delivery on a generally new model build. I wanted the top figured out, so I was fine waiting, but it even got to me after a year.

Having said that, I love my Bronco and just want it to be the best it can be.

It's a bit, don't talk about my little brother! But yeah, he's a punk and I love him. lol

I’m totally happy with mine. Only small issue is the occasional squeak from rear hardtop

So far, only have 1800 miles but besides the hood alarm (now jumped so don't go off anymore) it has been flawless. Hardtop hopefully will stay aligned and no future cracks!

What's up with the valve cover?

driver side valve cover on my 2.7 started leaking, directly on the turbo coolant line which then dropped right on the catalytic converter and caused smoke when you stopped.
