Yes the front three panels are easily removed with the rack in place. I will try to get some pictures of the rack today configured for removal of the roof.
How hard is it to remove the rear stationary hard top (estimate time to remove)? Also where does the side racks mount to?

If he does I think I found my favorite roof rack.
I got this one mainly because it was a good looking rack, but also not many options for the 2 Door.
Ford Bronco RCI Modular Roof Rack NOW AVAILABLE! 20220831_185258

Really happy with it.
That said, the RCI one looks pretty good as well.

Love to see a video of hardtop panel removal with rack in place. Other manufacturers have claimed “easy removal”, but their videos always show a difficult process that ensures damage to the bronco or panels.

I checked the RCI website and have a question on the rack, does it come with the side panels that are shown above, over the rear cargo windows? or is this a separate accessory purchase?

I'm also curious about a video of removal of front 3 roof panels as well as if the side panels come with it

It doesn’t look like the hard top panels come off with this on. Am I right?

There’s a second “filler bar” you can remove to make room to remove front 3 panels. It’s decorative, so you can leave it off. I called, and asked a bunch of questions.

That sounds like way too much work compared to TrailRax or the others.

@RCI Offroad can the light bar stay on the vehicle with the rest of the rack removed?

Since the light bar would be mounted to the front of the rack, you would have to take it off for removal of the front 5' of the rack. That said you could easily mount a light bar to the front mounts (above the windshield) using one of the many mounting brackets currently available.

The side panels ARE included. We recommend using them, particularly if you are putting anything heavy on the rack like a roof top tent. The side panels do in fact add strength to the front portion of the rack but it is still quite strong without them.

When comparing to some of the other brands out there it is worth noting that ours is going to be substantially stronger when used with the bolt-on side panels (which are included at no additional cost), not to mention ours being built of 1/4" aluminum. You do not HAVE to use them but it is an option that will be useful for many people. All said and done you end up with more versatility without a price premium.
