took my 2dr in for a couple warrranty items I have been sitting on until it was worth the trip.

One of the items was leaking rear side glass. I didn’t find it until 9 months into ownership since it normally is parked inside and I don’t sit in the back. Once found I also noticed it seems the windows were loose along the top edge. Now it’s fixed under warranty and I wish I had done this sooner.
the door no longer sounds like a 70s tin can import when closing it. Apparently those loose rear windows rattled more than I thought just from door closing. Wind noise is nearly zero. It is like I have a hard top. Which I do. Before it was about at noisy as one would expect from a bad soft top. Go figure. If water can leak so can air!

have to say I’m in love with this truck all over again. It is relaxing quiet at 55 mph. And I don’t cringe every time I close a door.

Both of my rear windows in the MIC leak slightly during heavy rain, this might just convince me to get it fixed/serviced.

My 2-door also leaks near the rear window. Was in for service last week and claimed to have fixed it, but still leaking. Back to the dealer.

Mine is in the shop now w/3100 miles for the same reason. Passenger side leak in two places. They are removing the window then cleaning and re-applying the bead to seat the window back in.

Same here.
Having been a quality manager at Webasto, it’s amazing how little these leak. That’s another story though…

I fixed mine using flowable silicone via a syringe to leaking areas.

After posting this I saw ford is recalling for quarter windows that will fall out. Glad I beat the rush on that one!
Mine was not included in the bin range but I know I didn’t have 100% adhesion to the frame. I had about a 4” section on each window that was visibly loose from the top.
hope everyone else gets there issues resolved too.
