Funny, I purchased the RJ bracket from a forum member and had the same concerns about contacting the frame so I sold it to another member. Six months later I ended up buying another RJ bracket and take a chance on contacting the frame. My adjustable track bar is now almost perfectly level...No contact issues whatsoever slow speed and the improvement in bump steer was impressive IMO.

Only problem I see with those is it limits your articulation, if that matters. And may not for many. A larger bump stop inside the shock coil would also accomplish that.

All true. The sumosprings are adjustable, to some extent, as it applies to how far into articulation they make contact. These are ready handy for hauling heavy gear loads without fear of bottoming out your suspension.

I currently have no bump stops and am on KINGs. I drive very hard at times (mostly) and do fully compress the suspension. No chassis-strikes yet from the RJ Bracket.

The issue is the compressed lengths of certain coilovers.
This is correct :thumbsup: Although, I do know that RockJock does extensive testing. I personally have KINGs and I know they have a longer compressed length than some shocks. No issues thus far.
This. I have the RockJock with my ADS setup and took measurements to ensure I was within limits. I’ve had no issues hitting while fully flexing.

This. I have the RockJock with my ADS setup and took measurements to ensure I was within limits. I’ve had no issues hitting while fully flexing.
From a "testing" standpoint - I've also had their Rear Control Arm set and they have been performing flawlessly for almost 1.5 years now. I've considered getting Billet ones from RPG or Camburg....because KING Blue color :) - But I just don't want to have them look good then I can't grease them regularly, like with the Johnny Joints on the RJ Arms that have zerk fittings. The moment I hear small "creaks" I grease them and completely silent again and smooth. I wish RJ would make billet ones with their Johnny-Joints in them.....SOLD!!!!! :cool:

Recently replaced SAS Bilstein stock shocks with Bilstein 6100. Set the adjustable lift clips at 6 front, 4 rear. I have noticed some bump steer and rear end jump over bumps since the change in shocks. Relocation bracket sounds like it might correct this. The lift in the front over SAS is 1.6", rear lift is only about 0.7" above SAS. My trackbar now sits 1 5/8" lower on the passenger side than driver side. The 6100 have a compressed length of 16.6" which is below the recommended 18" for hitting the frame. Based on what I have read though, the Eibach appear to have similar measurements and lots of people running relocation brackets with no issues hitting the frame. I have tried to research and find the exact measurements of the actual bolt center to center measurement for all the different relocation brackets. Here is what I found (please correct measurements if known to be different):
RockJock: 2.5"
ARB: 2 3/8"
Boss: 2 3/8"
Fabtech: 3"

The Boss and the ARB appear to be the least height gain of the 4. With my current 1 5/8"
difference, gaining 2 3/8" would end up with the passenger side 3/4" higher than driver side after install. I guess that 3/4" high is better than 1 5/8" low??

Any recommendations on ARB vs Boss? ARB comes with brake line relocate brackets vs none with the Boss. They also mount a little differently

Your bolt dimesions look correct.

3/4" high certainly better than 1-5/8" IMO.

I went RJ but I like the looks of the Boss product, not so much the ARB.
