I did an overnight with a 2dr WT, anti-matter blue, from my dealer... It was hard to give backJust an FYI kinda thing here and thought I would share this random text from my original dealer (switched 2x before landing at Granger). The guy texted me yesterday and wrote that they have 4 Broncos unclaimed that they just got in and have a 2DR on the way in a few days. All unclaimed. I never told him I switched dealers but whatever, he was clearly never that interested in selling to me.
Does anyone else think it's kind of y that this place is going to have 5 trucks and many of us (early rez's too) have no line on the horizon to take possession? Further, what kind of nonsense resulted in them having 5 unclaimed rez's? I asked if a test drive was possible and he did not respond. I've seen dealers having a truck perhaps that maybe the dealer/owner ordered or a possible sale that fell through, but 5?
If and when I have a chance, I may swing by the lot to see about pricing/markups.
UPDATE:
Well, there were only 3 Broncos in the lot and 1 in the showroom. The place was closed so I did not want to draw too much attention to myself wandering around the place after dark. Not sure if I did not see one or it sold. Did not take great pictures due to poor lighting so my apologies...
So what was the markup? $20,000
This was a 4DR Badlands and the final sticker was over $80K. Again, sorry I did not get more pics but with the darkness and poor lighting, it was a futile endeavor. I may go back for a test drive in this beauty tomorrow if they allow it. I will try to take more pics in the daylight if I go.
This 2DR was the only one under a decent flood light. It's my first in-person 2DR and if she rides as good as she looks, I might just live in my new truck. My God, this thing is incredible as a 2DR!!
