Replacement Sync parts

I bought my bronco about a month ago from a local ford dealer. The infotainment system was busted when I bought it and they promised to fix it under warranty. Is there any way to check on replacement Sync parts? I call nearly daily to just nag them into getting it fixed quicker but it’s always the same “no word yet” answer. I can name and shame if it’ll help

Calling the dealership daily isn’t going to help anything if they can’t receive the parts from Ford due to a large backorder. I’m sure as soon as it comes in they’ll contact you.

Exactly. How the heck do you break a screen?

No clue. It was like that when I bought it. Ford parts was no help and there’s nothing aftermarket. I guess I’m stuck for months and months.
