Reservation disappeared on Ford.com

I just logged in and to my surprise I’ve ordered a Bronco! Wut!? I’ve got a 9/28/20 reservation date.

that’s a long ass order number.

wait a tic, did anyone else make alterations to their original order that are showing up on their screen? This better not be what my dealer has ordered

It is well documented here that only the original reservation got pushed to the Ford.con profile, and any updates do not usually show.

Did the dealer supply you with an order summary of exactly what they put into the system for you?

Not to freak you out, but I had a dealer call two weeks ago to see if I was interested in a 4dr manual badlands because they had submitted changes to an order months ago, but Ford sent the original order configuration to thendealer

Oh yeah, I’m *totally* sure the dealer remembered to update and submit an order but stupid Ford pulled the old one from out of the recycle bin on the computer. Yeah… definitely not the dealer’s fault.

I wasn’t paranoid until this new viewpoint but if it’s that original order then I guess I’m good. If I’d gone with my original order I’d be seeing this Bronco in 2023.

Mine is there and teasingly saying, with a green dot, "Ordering Through Dealer". Thankfully, I missed all the drama last night and this morning. Glad to see that there is nothing to see here!

I was really hoping it was down to rollout an upgrade where the site would show your real order.

How fricken hard is it for a company that brings in over $100 billion a year to integrate their VIN and pre-VIN systems to a website so customers can see their actual order. Absolutely Baffling!

It's down again, and it looks like they shut the back door on the old https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=RES ID workaround.
