Reverse camera just a black screen?

I wish...3 days old and this as well as some bad paint. Not happy, dealer says they can look at it in 60 days.

Mine went out yesterday. The entire 12 inch screen went black except for the car outline and then when it did work it look weird and it kept the image from right before it went out so the image was completely out dated. After I got to where I was going and did a power cycle it came back up but if it happens again I will get it on camera.

Mine is doing this same thing. The screen will also sometimes freeze on the Bronco logo, or not play audio when connected to CarPlay. I have to reset the display for it to work. I’m assuming I need some kind of software update. What did the dealership do to fix yours?

They never fixed it. They factory reset the software but that did nothing.

I took it in and they uninstalled all the software and reinstalled everything
They said thy would fix it. I was having lots of Sync issues as well. It didn't fix ny of the issues. All the issues came back after a couple of weeks. Problem is that they cannot recreate the issues because they don't happen all the time. And of course they don't hpen when I'm at the dealership. Everything works perfect there.

Since it does resolve eventually or like you mentioned with a hard reset. …I’ve never taken it in for that specifically since it’s almost always going to be a week to 2 weeks without a car.

Mine does this with front camera sometimes. Def frustrating because I’m pretty sure it’s a software glitch
