Hello,

I just bought a 2024 Bronco Wildtrak 4Dr and it has 300 miles on it. Every time it rains I get water inside. Can someone assist me with getting someone to help this issue. I assume there's a sealant issue.

I saw sometimes Ford responds on here.

Thanks,

Brian Mason

Ford no longer monitors this forum, and they weren't exactly helpful when they did.

If you can't narrow down where it's coming from yourself, your best bet is unfortunately to take it to the dealer. It's brand new, you have a warranty.

First thing I'd do is remove the roof, visually inspect the seals, and then put it back on and make sure it's seated correctly. Could be as simple as a wonky factory install.

Where are you finding the water in your Bronco? Might help us narrow it down a bit

it came in through the driver side right above the visor and was leaking down to the center console and on the dash.

Have you tried taking your panels off and re-seating them? It sounds like the seal between the two front panels may be bad or just badly seated.
If it is not visibly damaged, you may have luck with a seal lubricant product. I hear Honda's grease for minivan door seals is very good.

I guess I have been lucky with my '24 Wildtrak 4 door hardtop. No leaks , yet! I would take the front panels off (as per the owners manual) and make sure the seals are not folded or out of place. Put the panels back in the correct order as well. I would hold off on the seal lube until your dealer looks at it. Let us know what you find.

Thank you guys. Made an appointment with a leak specialist through my local ford dealer. Will know in a couple of weeks when I bring it in for the appt.

Appreciate everyone reaching out.

I’ve got the same year and model bronco, and I’ve had water leaking in the middle of the two caps. I took it to the dealership & ford knows about it, however it’s not a recall as of yet. They replaced the weather stripping and added a sealer. I haven’t gone to a car wash yet since it’s been raining here.

That's my guess too. It's likely something in between the two caps. I am wondering if this is a known issue with this roof, which is the Color Matching roof to the body of the vehicle. I noticed the roof panels inside look different than the ones on other 2024 Broncos I have seen that are NOT color matching. Missing that carpet like looking sound deadening material that my wife has on the roof panels.
