I almost broke it down a few more ways. But this was meant to be a high-level gut check. I’m assuming someone will make a better tool soon.

Only thing jumping out to me at this point is the timestamp impact is nothing.

hmmm guess Sas and 2.7 aren't as deadly as expected.

It could be that they have enough parts coming to cover the early builds and start seeing shortages later in the year.

There doesn’t seem to be much rhyme or reason to it, at least not when I read through the different threads. It’s becoming demotivating to go searching for answers.

I'm seeing SAS being a limiting factor. I think there are a TON of early reservations that have SAS and Ford is spacing them out based on some part availability.

I don't know, looks like about 2/3rds so far came within the first 24 hours. It's becoming clear that, for the most part, timestamp is being used to sort people at individual dealerships rather than people overall.

I think that's a big part. If your dealership only has a % of their allocations pulled each time, I can see why someone with a later date at another dealership could "skip" if you missed that week's pull.
