How about instead of a handshake we both lay on our horns until we pass each other for a little doppler effect. Would be awesome for us and totally not annoying, mostly confusing for all other traffic, and nothing wrong could ever come of this.
C'mon people!!! safety first!!! its important to keep both hands on the steering wheel. There's safer alternatives
